Access to the operated anatomical structures is achieved using instruments and an endoscope, typically through four skin incisions approximately 1.5 cm long, positioned behind the hairline.

The period of surgical healing is approximately 2 weeks, and full physical activity is possible after 4 weeks following the surgery.
