In 2006 Dr. Ballay graduated from the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague. After graduation he was employed as a secondary physician at the I. Clinic of Orthopeadics at Motol Hospital under the leadership of Prof. Sosna. He is the doctor of Czech Junior National American football team, Prague Black Hawks team and the basketball team Sparta Prague.
