The plastic surgery department provides complete services in the area of cosmetic-aesthetic surgery. It offers operations such as, e.g., facial surgery, breast reconstruction, stomach surgery, liposuction, hair transplants.
The Department of Plastic Surgery of Lekářský dům Praha 7, a.s. consists of two sections: out-patient and operating. Re-bandaging, consultations with patients, and receiving of patients are carried out in the out-patients section, which includes an operating room for minor operations and the surgery of a doctor of internal medicine. Following registration of patients at the reception, consultations and pre-operational examination by a plastic surgeon, internist and anaesthesiologist are carried out with patients. Control by a physician is provided for patients in the framework of post-operational care. Both simple operations, usually with local anaesthesia, and also more complex operations under total anaesthesia or some other type of anaesthesia are carried out. The operating section includes post-operation rooms with a capacity of 9 beds. An effective sterilization unit provides for the necessary sterilization of instruments and other material. In relation to the conception of Lekářský dům Praha, a.s. (providing single-day surgery), operations are carried out that do not require longer hospitalisation of the patient. These are semi-out-patient operations, where the patient may stay overnight; however, where necessary, stays of several days in the post-operation section are possible.

- transconjunctival plastic surgery of the lower eye lids
- unique combined laser and classic facial surgery.
Plastic surgery at the periphery of the face
- face lifting with SMAS reconstruction
- m. platisma-aesthetic surgery of the eye lids (upper - removal of excess skin, part of the muscles and fat sacs. lower - transconjunctival approach) using lasers or conventional techniques
Cosmetic operation of the breasts
- reduction (modelling and size reduction)
- enlarging (implantation of McGahn silicon gel implants using various procedures)
- reconstruction (tissue expanders)
Other operations
- vibrational liposuction and umescence
- endoscopic operations
- plastic surgery on the stomach
- hair transplants
- scar correction by excision, dermabrasion, lasers
- surgery of the hands and dermal tumours
- treatment of simple external birth defects
- other, less common operations according to the patient's wishes
- application of botox, dysport and collagen
