Treatment using a laser is carried out under local or total anaesthesia. The treatment time is minimal and depends on the extent of the surgery. The result is greater tension in the skin, and removal of wrinkles and unwanted pigmentation and a number of other pathological manifestations.

The laser beam impinges on the surface of the skin and changes the water in the skin cells into steam in very short intervals (pulses), gradually separating the individual cell layers. These old cells are intentionally removed in an attempt to replace them with new, better cells. Put simply: the skin whose upper layer was vaporized using the laser is capable of forming a new good-quality layer within several days because of its unique regeneration ability.

Compared to classical surgical methods, healing is faster, post-operation pain is less and, particularly, no scars are formed following laser operations. For hair transplants, these advantages are accompanied by a more natural appearance of the transplanted hair.
